Dumisani Dlamini and His Daughter American Singer Doja Cat Reveal They Have Never Met. American singer rapper Doja Cat has always been open about her South African father Dumisani Dlamini.
In a brief chat with American megastar Whoopi Goldberg Doja Cat once again revealed she and Dlamini are yet to meet. In the conversation that went viral online, Whoopi asks Doja, “How you doing?” To which the rapper responds, ‘Great, I’m just thinking about my dad because he was in Sarafina! Yeah so seeing you and meeting you is like the craziest thing.”
Dlamini who also starred on Sarafina was then interviewed by Mo Flava on Metro Fm Thursday morning, where he said his side of the story. The veteran actor admitted that the two haven’t met but they are working on it. Dlamini said the American authority has made it difficult for them to meet, but can’t wait for the day he finally meets his daughter.
