Vacancy: Parts Administrator

Candidates Attributes:
Experienced Parts Administrator is required for a busy motor vehicle dealership in Midrand. MUST have excellent communication and people skills. Should have previous experience as a Parts Administrator. This candidate must be computer literate on both Kerridge and Automate.
Skills:
• Matric/Grade 12
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal!
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
• Good telephone manner
• Computer literate – Kerridge / Automate + MS Office!
• Contactable references
• Own, reliable transport
• 2 – 3 years experience as a Parts Administrator in the motor industry – ESSENTIAL!!
• Must be able to work under strict deadlines
• Must be able to work independently and under pressure
• Should live in the Midrand area
Duties would include:
• Sourcing stock
• Bringing parts into stock
• Sending certain parts back to Head Office
• Receive stock
• Dispatch stock
• Do stock counts
• Draw up monthly reports.
