Tito Mboweni Wants To Whip A Meal For Cyril Ramaphosa To Honor His Birthday. He is the first citizen, and deserves to be spoiled in all ways possible. Today the President of South Africa, Cyril Ramaphosa, is celebrating his 68th birthday, and as expected, many are celebrating him.

One individual who is ready to spoil Ramaphosa is Finance Minister, Tito MboweniSince lockdown, Mboweni has been sharing some of his favorite dishes that he cooked himself on Twitter. Although, a lot do not agree with his cooking, this has not dampened Mboweni’s spirits, and he continues to show off his culinary skills. In most cases, he dines alone, but it looks like he wants to have some company by having Ramaphosa over.
