Kelly and Zandie Go All Out for Their Mom’s Birthday. It is quite heartwarming to see the sisters work things out to become best friends again. Over the past few years, the Khumalo sisters did not see eye to eye, and did not want nothing to do with each other.
According to some sources, the sisters who are both in the music industry’s feud started when Zandie’s husband and manager Mhlo Gumede made a false booking of Kelly. Kelly was supposed to perform alongside Vusi Nova on the 16th December 2019. The multi-award winning songstress then took to Instagram, where she explained that Gumede has never been her manager and will never be.
Zandile did not take this lying down, and spoke about how Kelly has always wanted to be ahead of everyone else from way back, and making her second best. She also opened up about the evil things she claims her sister has done to her over the years. That was the end of their sisterhood, as they disowned each other.
Recently the sisters warmed hearts, when the buried the hatchet and started serving the sibling goals they are known for. A few weeks back Zandile threw a christening party for his son, and her family was there. Among those who made it were her mother, Kelly, as well as Kelly’s two kids.
The sisters also got together to throw their mother Ntombi Khumalo a surprise birthday celebration. She is one person who wanted her daughters to make peace and her wish has been granted on the most beautiful way. At her fabulous party, she couldn’t help but shed tears of gratitude.
