Tsholo Matshaba Bids Farewell To The Throne In A Touching Post. Local shows Isithembiso and The Throne are sadly coming to an end. The Throne which boast talented actors like Tsholo Matshaba has been discontinued and the last episode will air on the 24th of October.
Tsholo who plays the role of Odirile shared the sad news with her followers on Twitter. “I am sad that our show is coming to an end on our screens. Our show, the show that I identified with as a Motswana, where I spoke my mother tongue with nothing less than utmost pride. A show that was for me therapeutic,” she said.
According to the actress, The Throne kept her sane and helped her navigate her way around life.” A show that had me stretching my range as an Actor,” she concluded.
Among other major roles she has taken upon, Tsholo is well known for playing Meme for years on SABC 2 drama Muvhango. We can’t wait to see what’s in store for her going forward.
