We are looking to fill call centre positions as well as field sales and administration roles

Interact Media Defined (IMD) is a leading South African multi-media magazine publisher, conference and exhibition company focused on building services, building design, mining and emergency services industry sectors. Our multimedia service offering, coupled with our understanding of the built environment, mining industry and emergency services allow us to work with our clients to find the solution best suited to their specific needs no matter what their industry.

The candidate will be required to perform under sales pressure and will require the ability to sell professionally

Job description
• Build relationships with new clients to advertise within IMD publications
• Outsource new business clients
• Maintain existing client base
• Meet monthly advertising targets
• Generate new business relationships
• Cold calling
• Hold appointments with five clients per day
• Generate proposals and accurately perform admin duties
• Follow a sales process from start to finish
• Obtain orders and close contracts

Requirements

• Driver’s licence
• Own reliable vehicle which you are prepared to utilise to travel to clients
• Reliable internet connection
• Minimum of four years client focused sales experience
• Minimum of three years of experience in face to face customer service
• Ability to perform in a demanding sales environment
• Traceable references which can validate previous performance
• Proven history of meeting sales targets
