AKA’s Mom Lynn Forbes Applauded for the Kind of Woman She Is. She is definitely one of a kind. When so many women shun their son’s exes, baby mamas and partners, Lynn Forbes has nothing but love to the women who have been on her son’s life.
A couple of days before Mothers’ Day in 2022, Lynn celebrated her blended family, including DJ Zinhle and Nadia Nakai. She shared snaps included the two ladies and their partners AKA and Murdah Bongz. She thanked everyone for being authentically themselves.
A lot of people have never really understood how Lynn got to remain close with Zinhle, even after she broke up with her son AKA. The main reason might have been that the two shared a daughter together, Kairo, who is Lynn’s first grandchild. Kairo being the most important thing they have in common, definitely made the two ladies bond even more.
Glammy, as Lynn is commonly referred to, also loves Nadia, who was in a relationship with AKA until his untimely passing. The two ladies have been serving some cool in-law vibes that a lot of women could learn from. Sadly AKA passed away before Nadia could officially become a member of the Forbes family.
Both Zinhle and Nadia were at the memorial service of AKA, held this past Friday. The two women drew comfort fro each other, held hands and danced together at some point. Lynn was there also and gave them some much needed support. She also spoke highly of both ladies, when she took on the stage at the memorial.
“Nadia Nakia and DJ Zinhle; I love you. I don’t care what people are saying about you on Twitter,” Lynn said at the memorial service of her son AKA.
