Job Description and Responsibilities
As an Engineer in Training, you will develop your technical skills in mechanical design and engineering projects. You will work under supervision to gain practical experience and contribute to Turbo Gen Services. Key responsibilities include:
- Apply engineering principles in mechanical design projects
- Use MS Word and Excel for reporting, documentation, and analysis
- Contribute to problem-solving and conflict resolution within the team
- Assist in the development and review of engineering designs
- Follow safety protocols and Eskom operational procedures
- Demonstrate initiative and adaptability to changing work conditions
- Work under pressure while maintaining reliability and honesty
