Human Resource Business Partner Wanted At Kaya FM. Kaya FM, Home of the Afropolitan, is looking to appoint a vibrant, energetic, change agent Human Resource Business Partner with impeccable integrity to provide leadership, guidance and support services to business managers on all people management activities.
Summary Of Duties
- The HRBP will provide progressive people support and internal business partnering and consulting within the organization focusing on achieving business objectives by leveraging the Human Resource agenda
- Provide hands-on management of the HR requirements within the organization to ensure the effectiveness of HR service delivery
- To implement HR initiatives, policies, practices and procedures in alignment with business and legislative requirements
- Consult with management to create a comprehensive people plan in order to influence change and drive organisational values
- Keep abreast of changes affecting local HR practices within the industry
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A relevant three-year degree (e.g Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management)
- A post graduate qualification will be advantageous
- At least seven to eight years’ applicable experience as HR Generalist, of which two years should be in Management or Senior Consulting role
- Broad experience in consulting with different levels of stakeholder groups
- Knowledge of SAP and HR Premier
