Social Media Reacts to the Return of Generations Beloved Character Khethiwe

Social Media Reacts to the Return of Generations Beloved Character Khethiwe. When it comes to TV show characters, never say never. We have seen those written off the scripts return, and some characters making shocking comebacks even after death. As long as the writers can creatively bring them back, then the show goes on
Specking of which, Winnie Ntshaba is returning to Generations: The Legacy as Khethiwe Buthelezi after years away from the show. Many will remember that Winnie was one of the ‘Generations 16’, dubbed such after sixteen actors on the soapie were fired by the production company for going on strike. After that she went on to do her own thing, and formed the Royalty Soapie Awards. The multi-award winning actress also got cast in a number of shows after that including The Road, The Queen, The Herd and currently, House of Zwide as Faith Zwide.
With House of Zwide coming to an end, word around the streets is that she is joining Generations: The Legacy. Winnie is returning to the soapie to reprise her role as Khethiwe. The character started off as a shy domestic worker, until she grew to claim her place in the world of glitz, glam and riches. Khethiwe went on to become the face of La Chocolata and owned a stake at Sicelo Courts. No formal announcement from her or the show has been made as yet. This is not the first time Generations: The Legacy brings in a former cast member. They have done so with Connie Ferguson, who plays Karabo Moroka.
Here is what social media have to say about the highly anticipated return of Khethiwe Buthelezi.
