Key Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, inspirational, and personalised experience for all customers
• Drive sales and turnover by motivating team members to meet and exceed sales targets
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store experience
• Keep the sales floor clean, neat, and fully replenished at all times
• Manage stock levels, minimise stock losses, and control shrinkage
• Ensure all products are correctly priced with accurate signage
• Check stock take and cycle count variance reports, investigate discrepancies, and escalate issues to the Area Manager
• Follow point of sale and banking procedures and report any concerns
• Adhere to all store operational policies and procedures
• Execute all operational activities efficiently within the store

Requirements

• Matric, Grade 12, or equivalent certificate
• Passion for cosmetics, retail, and customer service
• Knowledge of beauty and skincare products
• Strong customer service orientation
• Hands-on attitude and strong work ethic
• Flexible to work schedules based on operational needs
• Basic proficiency in email and Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to stand for extended periods and demonstrate products
• Ability to create an engaging store environment that motivates the team and encourages repeat customer visits
