Applications Open for the MultiChoice Talent Factory Programme 2026. MultiChoice is calling on everyone with an academic qualification in film, TV, media, drama, or a related field plus demonstrable 1 to 2 years industry experience to apply.
About the Programme
Since its inception, the MultiChoice Talent Factory has produced 486 graduates ready to take on the industry after being exposed to real-world industry productions, training and masterclasses.
The South African, Southern Africa, West African and East African Academies are all accepting applications.
To Apply, You’ll Need:
- CV – not more than 2 pages
- Personal motivation letter of not more than 500 words (why should you be chosen?)
- Copy of passport and National Identity document (Certified for South Africa)
- Copy of matric certificate – certified
- Copy of academic transcripts / Tertiary qualification Certificate – certified
- Confirmation of banking details – verified by bank with bank stamp and/or letter (South Africa Only)
- Proof of residential address
Requirements
- +Two years school qualification
- +Two years work experience (in anything)
- Have achieved a minimum C+ aggregate
- Must be a South African citizen
