Nomzamo Mbatha Announced As The New UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador. No one deserves this appointment than her. UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, has announced the appointment of Nomzamo Mbatha as its newest Goodwill Ambassador.

The actress and human rights activist has been working in close in cooperation with UNHCR since 2017. Nomzamo has been a High Profile Supporter and advocate for UNHCR’s LuQuLuQu campaign, raising awareness for the forcibly displaced in Africa.

He engagements include, visits to experience UNHCR’s life-saving work in camps and settlements in Malawi, Kenya and South Sudan.
