Somizi Joins the World of Podcasts By Launching His Own. Once again Somizi explores another venture in the entertainment industry. This time around, the celebrated media personality, fashion designer and musician is tapping into the world of podcasts. Come September, his own podcast show will be up and running.
A number of our celebrities are hosts of their own podcasts. One shinning example is MacG, who is famous for Podcast and Chill. There is also Mpoomy Ledwaba with Wisdom & Wellness, and the L-Tido Podcast among many others. Media personality and comedian, Trevor Noah also launched his own podcast, and it’s doing pretty well. A few years back, Unathi Nkayi hinted that she was going the podcast route, but she is yet to launch. We also have celebs who are hired as hosts in hit podcasts. These include Sol Phenduka, Phil Mphela, Shamiso, and Nota.
Somizi, who never shies away from exploring other ventures, is coming up as a podcaster.
“Kuningi. Kuningier. Kuningiest. Launching in September,” Somizi announced.
