Job objectives | •To manage a group of Bakeries and Delis at a divisional level •To ensure national Bakery and Deli policy and procedures are implemented and adhered to •To ensure implementation of and adherence to the Food safety and Hygiene procedures and policies •To quality assess and control convenience foods suppliers •To liaise with training schools •To provide exception input regarding maintenance of Bakery and Deli equipment. •To provide input and suggestions regarding bakery and Deli lay-out and equipment |
