Levels! Norma Mngoma Wins An International Business Award. We love this for her. Over the past years, Norma Mgoma worked really hard to venture into business. Her hard work has finally paid of, and she is getting recognized both in South Africa and beyond the boarders.

Norma recently bagged herself an award at the Consumer Choice Awards Africa. The Suitably Norma CEO, has been honored with the Most Promising Female Business Exemplary in Africa under Corporate & Business Professionals.

Established in September 2019 in Tanzania, the Consumer Choice Awards Africa, recognizes, enhances and promotes business excellence. They have now expanded to the rest of Africa, recognizing product and service providers in the continent.

Norma is one very resilient woman, who has really worked hard to be where she is today.  In 2019, she showed interest in the industry by enrolling for a fashion design course. Norma used to share her school progress on social media, and one could tell that this was a fashion guru in the making.

Sadly, in 2020 because of personal life drama, she had to drop out of school to focus on clearing her name. The businesswoman and fashionista came back stronger in a professional capacity. A year ago, Norma was announced as the director of Zefara, a company which produces school uniforms, corporate uniforms as well as masks.

After that she launched her clothing line, Suitably Norma. It started off as a bespoke and elegant women’s fashion line designing power suits. Now the brand is also catering for men, and Norma boasts fashion forward celebrities like Mohale Motaung.
