Office Administrator Wanted At Celebrity Services Africa. Communications agency looking for an office administrator to assist with the daily running of the office as well as the general comfort and effectiveness of the team. This position would suit a young, energetic and resourceful person with excellent communication and organizational skills. The perfect candidate will be friendly, well dressed and not a clock-watcher.
Roles And Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To;
- Reception: Answering phone and filtering calls, delivering messages, courier services, data capturing, general office upkeep, stationery orders, printer toners and reports, business cards, visitors, meeting arrangements, media lists, etc.
- Personal assistant duties for directors– diary management, travel arrangements, preparations and minutes for meetings, etc.
- Office administration: Insurance, medical aids, lifestyle, fleet admin, etc.
- Project management: From brief to quotations, approvals, initiation and completion
- Tele communications: Internet, mobile phones, land lines, office equipment, etc.
- Travel: Quotations, bookings, online check-in, VIP services and other travel admin
- Event admin: From brief, organize small company events from client lunches to year-end functions
- Assist the team: From time to time the team will require your assistance with events, projects or securing resources
- Ad-hoc: Most of your day will consist of many new, small tasks to complete

Requirements
- At least two years’ experience in a similar position
- Grade 12
- Excellent command of the English language
