Woman Who Lost Her Husband In The Johannesburg Fire Tragedy Expresses Her Grieve. Wednesday the 5th will always be a sad memory to the families and friends of the firefighters who lost their lives tragically. Three firefighters were confirmed dead after a fire broke out at a 23-story building which houses two government departments in Joburg’s CBD.
