Storeman position is currently on offer at one of our clients in the east of JHB Metro
 

Managing receiving of faulty stock from branches into technical faulty warehouse (T4), inspecting the stock to see if its still under warranty and if the paperwork received corresponds with the issued stock from the branches before the stock is received in
Managing all received stock listed on the system
Managing allocating all repairs to the various warehouses that will handle the repair
Handle all warehouses assigned to and do a count of all stock in the warehouses on a monthly basis
packing and labeling boxes that are returned to the supplier for repairs, to also make sure that those parcels are measured and weiged and that these recordings are clearly marked on the waybills. Repaired or swapped out stock received from the supplier is to be checked and all paperwork to be handed to the service centre administrator
When receiving faulty stock back from international supplier, ensure that all necessary documentation is received
Once the stock is received and the costs of the repair is allocated, all stock must be returned to the relevant warehouse and placed on the shelf awaiting dispatch from the service centre administration
All customers repairs received  must be recorded and branches notified of receipt
Any stock returning to branches must be recorded
Maintain inventory records
Filing of all customer repairs and RAM documents
Assist with stock takes
Maintain weekly orders and stock holding in accordance with the company policies and sales
 
Skills Required
High school diploma and one or two years related experience
Interpersonal skills
Must be computer literate
Basic mathematical skills
Basic reasoning ability
Drivers license an advantage

R10,000-10,000 Per Month Basic Salary Plus Benefits
