The Longest Date is a uniquely South African reality dating show for Single people, offering you the opportunity to take part in a whole new kind of dating, extreme dating.

How It Works

16 contestants, eight couples, will spend 14 days in beautiful Mpumalanga, exploring it in the most extreme way possible – abseiling, whitewater rafting, bungee jumping, and more. We pick your perfect match and see how well you can do competing with the other couples. The winning couple gets to compete for R100 000, but expect a few twists along the way. The good news is, even if things don’t work out between you and your date, you still get to have the adventure of a lifetime. You may even get to walk away with R100 000. Talk about a consolation prize…you may even find the partner you’re looking for.

This is a dating show after all. Expect a little heat around the campfire and plenty of reasons to get close in your sleeping bags.
