Job description
Your strong sense of professionalism together with your ability for delivering beyond expectations is key to your success at this leading retail advertising company. Your tertiary marketing/ brand management or PR qualification, together with two to three years’ experience in brand management within a fast paced environment will ensure that you join this organisation and assist the brand manager by juggling a multitude of tasks including providing rock solid administrative support to the dynamic client service team.

Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with the production process implementation of client briefs
- Organise internal and external client meetings, as required
- Update the cost sheets, track expenses against budgets and collate invoices
- Assist with preparation of meeting agenda’s and take meeting minutes when required
- Assist with putting together presentation material for advertising and marketing campaigns
- Ensure printing & distribution runs smoothly by supplying very detailed purchase orders including all store details, contact numbers and distribution quantities.
- Gathering and processing data.
- Interpreting, analysing and reporting on information.
- Assist with tracking and following-up on the production process with in-house teams, as required
- Manage the effective coordination and administration of a piece of the business
- Assist with preparation of relevant reports and job briefs/amendments
- Filing briefs and project documentation
Requirements
- A tertiary brand management, marketing or PR qualification is preferable.
- Two to three years’ relevant advertising agency and retail work experience.
- Computer literacy is essential with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Proven marketing and advertising administration skills.
- Attention to detail together with an ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication (both English and Afrikaans).
- Assertive with good interpersonal skills and social media literate.
- Valid driver’s licence necessary, preferably with own transport.
- Must have positive energy and be proactive.
