Sjava Brings Home A BET Award. This week might as well be declared Sjava’s week. The musician has reasons to celebrate as he was awarded Best Inte rnational Act – Viewers Choice at this year’s BET Awards. This makes Sjava the 2nd South African to get a BET after Black Coffee.

Sjava, real name Jabulani Hadebe, was nominated alongside Nigeria’s Niniola and Kwesi Arthur of Ghana. Two other South African artists Cassper Nyovest, as well as Distruction Boys, were also nominated.

The BET Awards 2018 took place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, on Sunday.
