Luyanda advises people to eat right in order to get in good shape.
Stay away from bread ๐ rice ๐ potatoes, STARCH (pap, white flour etc..) ๐ฅ fried meat ๐ and fatty foods ๐ฅ and sugar, sugary drinks, sodas, alcohol and acid beverages.
Eat cooked veggies and grains โ plus a lot of water ๐ง
