Could Lerato Kganyago Be Looking Into Adopting? Last year she opened up about enduring two miscarriages. Like many women who have went through this, Lerato Kganyago was left devastated. In the past, the media personality suffered from fibroids, which were removed but did return, increasing her chances of miscarrying again. She blocked the idea of having children completely because of the pain that she went through. Even though that’s her stance, Lerato admitted that she would be comfortable adopting.
Her recent Tweets made many wonder if she is now considering adopting.

And adoption is not a “white thing” guys!! Anyone can adopt. I know culturally some families might be against it…via tradition! But hey if your heart says do it, DO IT!
