Role Overview
The Seasonal Sales Associate will support daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and help meet sales targets during the busy retail season. The role demands enthusiasm, adaptability, and a commitment to maintaining the store’s high visual and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the brand by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Identify customer needs and provide the best possible product solutions.
• Track and work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated with the latest fashion and décor trends.
• Restock shelves and ensure the store is well-presented at all times.
• Identify opportunities for new sales and customer engagement.
• Maintain stock accuracy and assist with replenishment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 (Matric) required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous.
