Atandwa Kani Calls On South Africans To Support Their Own
Atandwa Kani Calls On South Africans To Support Their Own. With all the Black Panther hype, one would have thought local actors who are part of the movie will be properly celebrated. Atandwa Kani is not impressed at all and called on South Africans to support their own. According to him, he, Dr Kani, and Connie Chume are yet to grace local magazine covers.
Can South Africa be for South Africans as Much as America is for Americans…?? Put our own jewels in the limelight, as opposed to begging others from elsewhere to comply! Haven’t yet seen Dr Kani on any cover! Or Mam’Connie! Or myself! Nizothi shu.. Fools!

Many of the actors in the movie are gracing magazine covers across the world. We can only hope SA media catches in on the hype. Atandwa plays the character of Young T’Chaka, to his father and celebrated South African actor John Kani’s King T’Chaka.
