Personal Assistant Wanted At Telkom. The personal assistant will be responsible for provisioning of high level support and office management/ logistics. This includes documentation management, report compilation, coordination of events, interface management, giving inputs to and tracking of various reports/ documentation/ issues/ commitments, e.g. budget, productivity targets, performance assessments and leave, etc.

Job Responsibilities
• Develop and provide management information that includes HR and financial issues, resources and amp; assets, performance, lists, inventories classification, monthly survey reports as well as commitments (SLA’s).
• Update, maintain and monitor statistical database with regard to the HR plan, budget, operational resources, assets and production.
• Evaluate data integrity, manage the process, report irregularities and take corrective action in cooperation with applicable role players.
• Provide high level support regarding weekly statistics, Board issues, Committees, budgets, logistics, workshops & meetings, office functioning, team surveys, tracking of team’s survey results and implementation thereof as well as tracking of Performance milestones.
• Prepare, compile and validate documentation such as presentations, operational documentation, submissions, statistics, graphs, proposals, organograms, letters, memo’s and agendas
• Process queries received via all channels, prioritize and resolve.
• Network with relevant role players via meetings and conferences, discussion forums and committees.
• Manage and monitor performance of services providers, vendors/ suppliers and ensure that corrective actions are taken.
• Maintain the records keeping management system and ensure that all minutes, agendas, agreements / contracts and other records are properly kept.
Required Certification
None
Qualifications
• Relevant diploma/ business related certificate (at least NQF level 6) and
OR
• Grade 12 (NQF level 4)
• Relevant post matric qualification
Experience
• 5 years relevant experience of which 3 years must be in a high level support environment
Special Requirements
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willing to work after hours (long hours)
• Willing to sign confidentiality agreement and Business Code of Ethics
