Dubai’s glamorous Atlantis, The Royal, recently played host to the prestigious World Culinary Awards, celebrating excellence in the world of fine dining. Siba then added that they have been her unwavering support, come rain or sunshine, sharing their skills, passions and love for people, food and service, and believing in this vision of elevating their food on a global level and stage. Siba also thanked their landlord, The Table Bay Hotel and Sun International who believed in let them open a restaurant in the worst of times, during COVID.
