Watch: Bonnie Mbuli’s Touching Plea To South African Men

Television personality Bonnie Mbuli has used her status as a celebrity to address the men in South Africa on issues of women and child abuse. She took it to Twitter to share a heart felt message on how we could curb the escalating numbers of abuse. On the video, she calls on men of South Africa to take a stand against women abuse.

She has challenged men at home, in leadership and police forces to lead in protecting women. Yesterday she tweeted, “I have a special video to share this Friday at 13:00pm, it’s time we take a strong & united stand against Women and Child abuse.”

Of late many women have suffered at the hands of men. Celebrities have not been spared either, with a few cases trending. Bonnie has asked men to protect women against abusers, at all costs. We are impressed by how passionate she is with this burning issue that is destroying our society.
