Job Description
This position will expose you to the PR and marketing industry as a whole as well as the various facets of a creative agency and its clients.
They service a variety of clients ranging across a vast number of industries, both big and small.
The perfect candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated, an excellent communicator (both written and verbal), a team player and someone who is able to pick up new concepts quickly.
Your Daily Adventures
- Working with the team leader to help manage and oversee client day-to-day projects
- Assisting with the ongoing monitoring and nurturing of client relationships
- Managing project schedules and maintaining client budgets
- Assisting with the preparation and distribution of minutes, letters, newsletters, letterheads, business cards and other communications documents as and when required by the client
- Assisting with the organization and coordination of events and functions
- Performing research on industry influencers, trends, and competitors
- Administration and PA functions
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Creative writing skills a must
- Can navigate social media platforms with ease
- Is active in at least three social media platforms personally or professionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ideal candidates have completed a diploma or degree within the relevant field, possess strong attention to detail and an enthusiasm for the PR and marketing industry
