Tbo Touch On Why He Doesn’t Hire People Based On CV’s

With so many people out there working hard to polish their CV’s to impress potential employers, some big bosses like Tbo Touch do not subscribe to that notion. The CEO of Touch Warwick Wines, and founder of Touch HD Entrepreneur of the Year2015 among other things, looks for something different when he employs those who work under him.

“I don’t hire impressive CV’s I’m impressed by your attitude & character because skills can be taught,” he tweeted.This got so much response from his followers on Twitter with some replying, “I like that. It’s what you can do than what you claim to know. Be yourself and do the best of your abilities than claiming who you not.” Others decided to be proactive and begged Touch for a job as they claim to have the right attitude and character.

This might be true because his character and attitude has put him where he is today. Many used to dismiss him as being a fake US wannabe, but now he is one of the movers and shakers of the entertainment industry in South Africa. You can have all the education you can get, but at the end of the day it’s your character that will shape your future. Bravo Touch!
