Kelly Khumalo On Why She Hasn’t Let Jub Jub See Their Son As Yet

Since being released from prison, Hip Hop star “Jub Jub”, whose real name is Molemo Maarohanye has not met his son with talented musician Kelly Khumalo. On Wednesday when Kelly was interviewed on Motswako, she revealed that Jub Jub hs not been in contact with their son Christian.

She said as a protective mother, she is not comfortable with letting people of a certain character anywhere her children. Kelly went on to say that Jub Jub has never made any arrangements non whatsoever to see his son, and she cannot make such arrangements for him. From the interview it seems as if Kelly has not had contact with Jub Jub since his incarceration.

Maarohanye and his co-accused Themba Tshabalala were both released on parole on January after serving four years, one month and one day in prison for culpable homicide in 2012. The pair were initially sentenced to life for crashing into a group of children while racing their Mini Coopers in the street in Soweto on 8 March 2010.
