Vacancy: Service Consultant

Key Purpose | Handle all outbound calls to Discovery Insure clients for alarms recieved linked to tracking device. To manage alarm turnaround times and liase with C-track clients and technicians on an outbound and inbound queue. This job requires 12 hour shift work. |
Key Outputs | *Managing alarm turnaround times
*Liasing with clients and service provider technicians on an outbound and inbound queue *Shift work is applicable for this role (12 hr shift work within a 4 day cycle) within a 24 hour period , including weekends and public holidays |
