The Graduate Trainee Programme is designed for motivated, driven and dedicated individuals who possess excellent communication skills, leadership potential and an above average academic record. As a permanent employee of Volkswagen Group South Africa, Graduate Trainees undergo a 12 month intensive training programme including Personal Development, Leadership Development and On-the-job Training which will provide graduates with a solid foundation from which to build their careers. This programme will be based in Uitenhage.
Requirements
Candidates who posses University degree, 3 year Technikon Diploma or post degree/diploma in the following fields:
1.National Sales Organisation (Marketing/Business Management/Finance/Information Technology/Statistics)
2.Purchasing (Purchasing/Supply Chain Management/Logistics/BComm)
3.Information Services (Information Technology/Information Services/Networking/Software Development)
4.Logistics (Human Resources/Industrial Psychology/Labour Relations/Organisational Development/Business Administration)
5.Engineering (Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics/Electronics/Industrial Engineering/Production or Operations Management)
