The media personality always uses her public status to speak out against issues of gender based violence without fear or favour. The most well known incident being the time Masechaba spoke live on radio about the abuse Babes Wodumo endured at the hands of her partner Mampintsha.
Although she was dragged for days on Social media, Masechaba maintained her views on the matter, and continued to speak boldly against issues of women abuse.
