Natasha Joubert Pulls Out A Throwback Pic of Herself and Siya Kolisi From 10 Years Back

Natasha Joubert Pulls Out A Throwback Pic of Herself and Siya Kolisi From 10 Years Back. What are the chances! A decade ago, none of them knew that today they will be national icons, one Miss South Africa, and the other Springbok Ntional team captain.

Of course yes, Siya Kolisi and Natasha Joubert had dreams to make it in their careers of choice. Just like any other person, they worked hard over the years, and eventually realized their dreams. Who can forget Natasha’s persistence regarding Miss South Africa. After not clinching the crown back in 2020, she came back this year, and bagged it. Now Natasha is having the time of her life, enjoying every moment of her reign.

Siya will go down history as one of the greatest sportsmen we have had in the country. In 2018, HE was appointed captain of the Springboks, becoming the first black man to hold the position. He led the South African Rugby team to victory in the 2019 Rugby World Cup Final against England. In December 2019, Siya was named in New African magazine’s list of 100 Most Influential Africans. In April 2023, Kolisi was bestowed the National Order of Ikhamanga for his contributions to rugby. He recently captained SA to a historic fourth Rugby World Cup, in Paris, France, and became the second captain to win the title back to back.

“Can we take a moment for slide 3? 10 years ago we saw Siya on Table Mountain and my father loved him as a player! Here we are 10 years later and he’s a whole captain of the Bokke! God is great! Also, thank you to all the Bokke for what you are doing for this country, uniting us,” Natasha said of their iconic pic.
