How Bonang Deals With Negative Comments About Her On Social Media
Bonang Matheba has been a victim to some brutal social media attacks. She is known for blocking or ignoring people who speak ill of her on social media.
Even though she ignores all of that social media abuse she said that it doesn’t mean it doesn’t affect her.
She admitted that all those negative comments hurt her real bad to a point of her crying tears. She said all of this on an SABC 1 show Six Zeros To My Name.
All of these negative comments started to worsen when she joined Top Billing and Metro FM. They got worse when she was rumoured for dating rapper AKA, which later turned out to be true.
Fans of DJ Zinhle , the mother of AKA’s baby girl hailed Bonang as a man-stealing woman. She remained silence and pretended as if it didn’t get to her when it actually did.
Bonang has however mastered a way to deal with all of these attacks, Silence. She said that her silence has worked in her favour, because had she responded to those comments, it’d be a never ending issue that would be destroying her even more ripping apart her inside.
Out of everything Bonang said , the most truthful and touching was when she said ‘she’s only human’. It seems when you in a public eye , people expect nothing but perfection. When you start doing something that regular people do , you get blamed.
Let’s understand that , celebrities are human too and they are not perfect.
