Somizi Believes He Is More Successful Than Bonang

South African entertainer and choreographer Somizi Mhlongo might have just revealed that he earns more money than his former bestie Bonang Matheba. Everyone knows just how talented Somizi , 44, is, but when it comes to being the most successful in the industry, does he reign supreme to the legendary Bonang, 29? While speaking to Anele Mdoda on Real Talk, Somizi opened up about his relationship with Bonang and what it meant to him. He also revealed how much he got affected when Bonang decided to end their friendship.

In a very open chat with Anele Mdoda, Somizi Mhlongo spoke about the two people he feels owe him an apology. The first he said is an unnamed blogger who leaked an unflattering photo of the local superstar when he was ill and looking “gaunt”, the other person is Bonang Matheba. Somizi opened up deep scars revealing that he loves and still love Bonang Matheba even if he hurt him but cutting him off her life.

“She used to be my best, best, best friend. I think I loved her too much. I was too much into the relationship, it was a do or die realtionship.  And I didn’t think someone would come and influence them the other way”.

SomGaga also detailed the important role he played as a friend in Bonang’s life and says he was over protective and only wanted the best for his friend.

” The reason why I was also so obsessed with her. I have this over protective nature and I also used to fight her battles even on social media. I always said don’t hang around people that don’t have nothing to lose and I knew I was not that person”

“Sometimes in life we are forced to be around people who maybe think  are as successful as us because in this world you questions a lot of motives. So for me to be her friend, number one I’m am older and I possibly make more successful than her. So I never thought she would question my reason to be there. I wanted to be a light, so she doesn’t make the same mistakes I made.”

“So I never thought there would be any reason for her to think I would stab her in the back.”- Somizi also added.

Although Somizi has forgiven Bonang and doesn’t hate her,  he believes that he and Bonang will never go back to were their relationship was before.
