YES Youth Opportunity at Foschini Tygervalley

The Foschini Group (TFG) is offering an exciting youth employment opportunity through the YES (Youth Employment Service) programme at Tygervalley, Western Cape. This initiative provides young South Africans with their first meaningful work experience in a dynamic retail environment, giving them the skills and exposure needed to launch their careers.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this 12-month fixed-term programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Aged between 18 and 29 years old
• Minimum education: Grade 10 (Matric preferred)
• Available and willing to work for the full 12-month contract period
• Not employed permanently with any single employer for more than 12 months
• Not studying full-time during the period of employment (April 2023 – March 2024)
• Not previously participated or registered in the YES programme
• Responsible for own accommodation and transport if required
• Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in accordance with the Employment Equity Act
