Y Academy 2017 Applications Now Open

The Y Academy six months intensive training and development program is now open. The development program is credited by the MICT-SETA in partnership with ETV, eAcademy and Sabido. Candidates will get to learn more about how to produce content, how to write news bulletins, how to select and schedule music etc.

The academy runs for only 6 months and is based in Hyde Park, Johannesburg.

Requirements

• Applicants must be unemployed and be over the age of 18 years
• Must be South African citizen
• Must have a valid South African ID
• People with disabilities are also advised to apply
• Applicants living outside of Gauteng must be willing to relocate

So if you think you have what it takes and meet the minimum requirements then apply now. Successful candidates will be expected to sign contracts binding them to YFM’s workplace rules, as well as the disciplinary code. A small stipend will be given to successful candidates
