Lebo Motsoeli Announces She Is Married. It is now becoming a trend among celebrities to keep their weddings private. The likes of Amanda duPont, Dineo Ranaka, Amo Chidi, Thembisa Nxumalo and Lerato Kganyago are some of local stars who didn’t announce it when they got married. We just saw surname changes, or social media posts that showed they are officially off the market.

It looks like Lebo Motsoeli, also had a private wedding. The award winning Television Presenter, voice-over artist, scriptwriter, producer and one of the leading women in sports broadcasting shared casually on Twitter that she is now a Mrs.

“I can’t believe this guy dribbled me into marrying him,” Lebo shared the good news. Her post was followed by a lot of congratulatory messages from well wishers.

This is not Lebo’s first marriage. In 2012, she got married to sports commentator, Sizwe Mabena, and the two divorced a year later. Lebo opened up in an interview with Drum Magazine why their marriage didn’t work out, citing a number of reasons. One of those reasons, according to her was that they tied the knot too soon.

“Many factors contributed to the end. I can’t really pinpoint one, but among them was not putting family first. There was also a breakdown in communication. It was eventually a case of either sink or swim, so I chose life,” she added.
