Scholarship Opportunity At Firstrand
Firstrand Laurie Dippenaar would like to offer South African students a scholarship to complete their post-graduate studies abroad in any country; the students will also get to choose any field of study. The scholarship covers the following:
- Tuition Fees
- Books
- Accommodation
- Meals and other relevant needs
Note that the scholarship is worth R750 000
Requirements
- Candidates must be South African citizens
- Must be involved in community services
- Candidates must be 35 years and below
- Candidates must be willing to come back and work in South Africa for five years
- Must have excellent academic records
- Must be already studying abroad, are not eligible
Application
There are no online applications, however the application can be downloaded and emailed to [email protected]
Submit your application form with the following documents:
- Certified copy of your ID book
- Certified copy of your matric final results
- Your current or most recent academic transcript
- A letter of acceptance from the university you wish to attend
- A clear recent photograph of yourself
