Here Is An Update On The Redi Tlhabi Vs Malusi Gigaba Saga. A few weeks ago it was lit on Twitter when the two got involved in a twar. Journalist Redi Tlhabi alleged that Foreign Affairs minister Malusi Gigaba amended visa regulations on traveling with children because of a personal vendetta. Their heated argument ended with Malusi Gigaba threatening Redi Tlhabi with a lawsuit.

When updating her followers on the issue, Redi highlighted that a letter was sent to her lawyers asking she retracts within 7 days. She has not received the summons she was threatened with yet, but has been asked to apologize and retract her statements/

So last week an ex colleague got a call from honourable Gigaba's lawyers asking for my home address. 😂 I kindly gave my lawyer's address. He received a letter today, basically asking I retract within 7 days, or else. So no summons yet, just a request for apology & retraction
