Front Office/ Guest Liaison
5* Game Lodge – Madikwe Game Reserve.
Hotel School Diploma or similar with 2 years F/O Guest Liaison experience in 5* Game Lodges required.
Our client is seeking a bubbly, enthusiastic candidate with a flair for Guest Pampering.
The successful candidate needs to be able to supervise bar staff, waiters and housekeeping staff (7 staff in total)
Duties would include Guest Liaison, hosting and banqueting duties.
Supervision of all Front of House Guest areas and Housekeeping.
Supervision of the set-up of, and service at, all meals and of service from the kitchen and bar.
Some reception duties, including answering telephonic and emailed enquiries,
taking reservations, check-in and check-out of guests.
Some basic administration and accounting duties as well as ordering,
issuing and controlling stock.
Knowledge of the Panstrat software system would be an advantage.
Salary R 8000.00 – R9000.00 live in.
