Wholesale and Retail Learnership Opportunity At Bupo Animal Health

REQUIREMENTS:

• Matriculated with maths as a subject, numerical and computer literate.
• Should ideally have at least two years’ work experience in a logistics/export agency
• Young energetic person to apply

KEY OUTPUTS:

Assisting with the day to day warehouse functions such as :

• Receiving of stock and goods
• Dispatch management
• Warehouse maintenance and cleaning
• Liaison with other departments
• Stand-in management of warehouse in absence of warehouse supervisor

Export Administration

• Export documentation and arrangements with internal and external role players

Stock Control and

• Physical stock counts of warehouse and raw material items
• Stock variance investigations and reports

Product Costing (Sage Pastel Bills of Material module)

• Back-up for Finance when required.

General Manufacturing Practices (SOPs)

• Draft new Standard Operating Procedure and Quality Manual
• Conduct Supplier Audits
• Compile customer complaints and annual product quality reviews

A market related stipend is payable for the duration of the programme.
