Aya Sets the Record Straight On Parting Ways With Podcast and Chill. He was one of the well known Podcast and Chill with MacG employees. Although he worked behind the scenes as a sound guy, Aya was quite popular and he played a pivotal role in the Podcast since joining.
As much as he was one of the star employees, over the past couple of days, Aya made news over some disagreements with his employer. Because of those issues, he is no longer part of the podcast. Speaking about his dismissal in one of the episodes, MacG stated that Aya, has received warnings before, but still didn’t prioritize his job as he was supposed to.
One of the main issues was submitting the sound late, which jeopardized the quality of the podcast. On one occasion when the episode came out very late, Aya apparently told MacG that he was dealing with some family issues. Only for MacG to see Aya’s WhatsApp status from the previous day which read: “Nothing better than chilling with friends and listening to my own album.”

Aya also showed major gratitude to the Chillers for everything they have done for him.
