Bookkeeper Wanted At LAYERCAKE

Job description

Our client is a leading creative production company and they require the services of a junior bookkeeper urgently.
YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY IN CAPE TOWN FOR INTERVIEW AND TO START WITHIN TWO WEEKS.
PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND IF YOU CANT DO THIS AND DO NOT MEET THE CRITERIA

• Full creditors function including reconciliations
• Daily cashbook and reconciliation
• Loading authorised payments on banking platform
• Assisting production bookkeeper as necessary to meet deadlines
• Assisting and reporting to accountant
• Maintenance of smooth running of office

Requirements

• At least three years Pastel experience
• Good excel knowledge
• Previous office management experience

Advantageous

• VIP Payroll
• Ad agency/film expereince
• Accounting diploma or degree
