Actor and Presenter Dingaan Mokebe Slams Rumours He Was Fired From Speak Out

Actor and presenter Dingaan Mokebe has slammed rumours that he was fired From Speak Out. Apparently, It is reported that Dingaan Mokebe ka Khumalo did not renew his contract with Speak Out. The Muvhango actor claims that ‘behind the scenes politics’ made him leave the consumer rights show.

But sources said the actor, who plays James on SABC2’s soapie Muvhango, was fired as a presenter of the channel’s consumer rights show. According to sources, Dingaan’s contract was not renewed because of his attitude.

“Yes, I’m no longer shooting with them. I left because there were many things I was unhappy about. But I wasn’t fired. I left Speak Out.”. I loved and enjoyed working there but behind the scenes politics made me leave the show”- Dingaan said.

The sources claimed he became too arrogant to work with and demanded many things from producers.

Another source confirmed Dingaan has been relieved from his duties, but there was no clear reason as to why. “He stopped shooting some time ago. But we’re unsure why he’s no longer shooting withSpeak Out,” the source said.

CEO of Aviwe Business Development Services, Mpho Vilane, confirmed Dingaan will no longer present Speak Out. “We can confirm Dingaan will no longer present the show. We worked with him for three seasons.It was time to pursue other things in his career. I can’t confirm a new presenter as we’re still analysing auditions,” she said.

Other sources also told Sunday Sun Dingaan has been replaced by his colleague in Muvhango, Lesley Musina.
