2017 Teacher Internship at Durban Girls’ College
Durban Girls’ College is an independent boarding and day school for girls, with weekly boarding facilities for high school pupils, located on the Berea, overlooking the city of Durban in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
Durban Girls’ College is an independent Christian girls’ school not only offering a unique educational journey to our students but also a Teacher Internship programme that will boost their experience, skills and expertise.
We have several vacancies in the Junior Primary, Senior Primary and High School. The applicant must be studying towards their B.Ed Degree, preferably in their 3rd of 4th year, or studying towards their PGCE in the Foundation phase.
Interns work a minimum of 20 hours per week some of which may include coaching.
The Headmaster seeks to appoint suitable candidates effective 1 January 2017.
A detailed CV, 3 referees and a letter of motivation should be submitted by 22 July 2016.
