Job description

Whatif_Creative Pty Ltd is seeking a self-motivated bookkeeper / personal assistant. You will be responsible for processing monthly statements, invoices and weekly status reports.

If you have exceptional general bookkeeping and customer service skills, a can-do attitude that enjoys a team environment that prides itself on excellent customer service and creative problem-solving skills, this will be an excellent opportunity for you. This position reports directly to the CEO and Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing statements and invoices, manage all billings up to date, including all expenses,debtors and creditors.
  • Assist will recons on all jobs in the system. General office duties, office shopping and catering for clients.
  • Assist CEO and project manager with tasks that may arise and are of utmost urgency.

Experience desired:

  • Two+ years of extensive bookkeeping experience
  • Highly skilled with Pastel Accounting/ Quick Books
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
  • A degree in business with an emphasis in Accounting is desired, however, solid experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree
